1978 Corvette Pace Car Anniversary Edition. One of each of these pace cars were made for each Chevy dealership in the US in 1978. This car has the matching and original motor/tranny with 113,000 miles that runs very smooth and strong. It is a 350 Chevy with an auto turbo 350 tranny. The pace car edition did not come with many options other than the L-48 motor or the L-82 motor which produced about 20 more HP. This is the L-48 edition car even though someone has put the L-82 emblems on the hood of the car. Other than the emblems and the CD player, the car is in original factory condition. The car came originally with an 8-track player (that I dont have unfortunately) instead of the CD player in it now. The car has power windows, power locks, mirrored t-tops (right side has a crack but does not leak), all gauges that work properly, factory A/C (needs charged), and brand new reupholstered leather seats. The car looks and runs excellent for an very original 78 pace car. There are not many of these cars around anymore and this is a nice collectors car. Call Tom at 719-648-3600 for more info.
